We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our company. This role requires a passion for sales, an understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our web design and digital marketing services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their digital marketing and web design requirements.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales progress and results.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the web design or digital marketing industry. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of web design principles, digital marketing strategies, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
