2. Scope of Services

Hudasoft offers—but is not limited to—the following services:

  • Website Design & Development

  • UI/UX Design

  • Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads)

  • Brand Identity Design

  • E-commerce Development

  • Website Maintenance & Support

All services are customized and delivered based on the project scope agreed upon in writing.

3. Project Initiation

A project begins only after:

  1. Agreement on scope of work

  2. Advance payment (as mentioned in the quotation)

  3. Required materials (content, images, branding assets) provided by the client

Delays in providing required materials may extend delivery timelines.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

  • Work will not proceed if payments are delayed.

  • Third-party charges (domains, hosting, ads, plugins) must be paid separately.

  • All payments made are non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Revisions

  • Hudasoft provides revisions based on your selected plan or quotation.
  • Revisions outside the agreed scope may be charged additionally.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Approving drafts and deliverables on time

  • Ensuring they hold rights to any content or media they provide

Hudasoft is not liable for legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

7. Project Delivery Timeline

Project timelines depend on:

  • Scope of work

  • Client response time

  • Third-party dependencies

Delays from your side extend deadlines. Hudasoft is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Hudasoft may use third-party services such as hosting providers, Google Ads, Meta Ads, plugins, APIs, stock assets, etc.
We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or changes caused by these third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You receive rights to the final deliverables (designs, website files, creatives).
    Hudasoft retains the right to:

  • Showcase the project in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.

You may not resell or redistribute our work without permission.

10. Confidentiality

Both Hudasoft and the client agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business information, documents, strategies, and project data.

11. Warranty & Liability

Hudasoft is not liable for:

  • Loss of business or revenue

  • Website misuse or unauthorized changes by the client

  • Issues caused by server, hosting, or third-party tools

  • Loss of data due to hosting or client errors

We provide support as per the selected plan or service agreement.

12. Marketing & Portfolio Usage

Hudasoft may include your logo, project screenshots, and website link in our portfolios, social media, case studies, and marketing unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

13. Termination

Hudasoft reserves the right to terminate a project if:

  • Payments are not made

  • Client communication stops for more than 15 days

  • Client violates terms or engages in inappropriate conduct

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

14. Changes to Terms

Hudasoft may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised date.
